This is for the United Kingdom release, which is released officially tomorrow. The UK doesn't even have a Customer Service number, and if you can track down the number, it often isn't answered or you get cheesy voice mail.

Hi:
Sorry because of my ignorance, but what it´s really a slip cover??
It´s a little image behind the cover than haves all the chapters?
Because the R4 Bambi DVD has one, but it´s more like a booklet than have a cover, the menus and some other stuff

the slipcover is made of cardboard that covers the DVD case.
An example was given by UD member
saving107 on a Sleeping Beauty DVD discussion:

The image on the RIGHT with SLEEPING BEAUTY is the SLIPCOVER of the DVD case (pictured on the left).

I brought my Bambi from asda on release day and it had no slipcover.
I walked into Whsmiths, they had a slipcover so i "accidently" dropped it into my bag with my Bambi dvd!
But then i was at another Asda the other day and they had the slipcover.....

The European slipcover aren't neither very "useful" nor pretty. So I don't think this a big deal not to have one (if if mine does

).
The US one however is made of a more solid cardboard and open like a book to revea lthe contents on the 2 discs.

www.play.com
This is easily one of the best online retailers for DVDs in the UK. The prices are way below the RRP in many cases and the delivery is free!

I don't know where you live, but if you live in America, it is unlikely that you can play them. This is due to
regional coding and
A different transmission system

LoL that isn't ignorant. I think you were talking about the Chapter Insert, or with the 2-Disc/Platinum Editions, Booklets.

Got mine from Amazon UK (when it finally turned up on Friday having been posted the previous Saturday) complete with Thumper (which my koala is eyeing up suspiciously) and it had a slipcase. The whole thing was in a plastic bag which had "Keep away from children" printed on it.
My local Asda do not have slipcases on them and the cases are shrink wrapped. Also have a sticker on them about Thumper. Guess you have to post off for it if you didn't pre-order?
Still that "Inside Walt's Story Meetings" is an excellent new spin on Audio Commentaries.
In fact the only thing I think that could have made the whole thing better would be a Soundtrack Only audio track. But then I suppose they'd lose out on CD soundtrack sales.

Yeh that was the same as what the Bambis were like at my Asda punkoala, they were shrinkwrapped with no slipcover. But at another Asda the dvds had the slipcover and then shrinkwrap.....so its sort of confusing!
