hi i am looking to find out where/how to purchase disney licenses from. i have no clue where to go for this information.

Perhaps a Disney license plate. They usually sell them in the parks.

If you mean license to use their material for something or in public, I'm not so sure it's as easy as just buying it, though I'm sure there are people here more knowledgeable on that than I. If you mean license plates, though, those are much easier to aquire. Or maybe you mean driver's license... I don't think they make Disney versions of those.
