Regardless, it should have the insert. All of Disney's DVDs come with inserts now (and it's been confirmed Make Mine Music comes with one) so you should call up their hotline and request one.

Yep. And if you're in the US, they should send it to you. Welcome to the forum!

All my Disneys have come with inserts although I know someone who never had one in Brother Bear I believe. Other compaines have missing inserts but they probably didn't have them anyways or they just start to cheap out..... like Pleasantville. I opened that up and nothing, no insert. I was also surprised the Iron Giant special edition didn't come with one.

The "booklet" insert to one of my Disney Treasures was bent or something when I opened it -- it may have happened in some other Treasures, too. I'll have to check

Should I call and ask Disney Video if they can replace that, too?

I can live with things as is, but it was disappointing on items that have true collectible value.

My Mickey Mouse in Living Color 2's outer blue "Roy Disney" band was ripped almost completely.... What about that?

No they don't...

I kept going back and exchanging my Rescuers DVD because there were no liner notes. After the third time, I called the Disneye DVD people and they were all "That title was not packaged with one. You can see the Chapter Listing on the DVD Menu." I was SO angry, which may have been trivial since it's only the liner notes... but it's the 0liner notes, you know?

Yea, Disney went through this period where they decided chapter inserts were worth excluding. That changed rather quickly, what with all the complaints they received and they put the inserts back in.

Silly Disney.

Good, because even though it's something seemingly minor, there's just something about opening the DVD case to have it totally empty inside that just drives me NUTS. :D

Someone read somewhere (there is another thread about this) that MMM was to be rereleased on January 25th (I think). But no one has (to my knowledge) been able to tell that it's any different from the original DVD, so it probably isn't.
