Help Needed! Disney Questionnaire: Your opinions wanted

Calling all animation fans!
I am currently writing a dissertation for my final year University degree. I have a chapter on Disney audiences and have created a questionnaire to gauge people's general opinions on Disney. It is a basic questionnaire and shouldn't take more than 5 mins to complete.
I'd be very greatful if you could take the time to fill it out.

DisneyWB I'm sure I could put it online in the future (If you can be bothered reading 10,000 words!) But it won't be completed until a couple of months time.
