Mulan's decision.
A very important part of the movie. While there isn't any dialouge, the music and animation alone is enough to make this moment powerful and important!

the matchmaker scene!
highly entertaining for an opening scene.

"I'll Make a Man Out of You" sends shivers up my spine everytime I watch the sequence. I have this thing for underdogs making it. ^-^
The scene with Mulan's decision (and the scenes leading up to it) is also a favorite because it's so poignant and the music so beautiful.

Every time I see the Huns slowly rise over the mountain top and you hear them roaring and then start to charge down towards the army it's sends shivers right up my spine!
Mulan's decision comes a close second though!

I love it when Mulan tries to spit, and it doesn't work
Some of the (if not the) most hilarious moments in the movie.
I love the scene where Mulan says her father never talks about her much and Chi Fu whispers in Shang's ear "I can see why. The boy's an absolute lunatic." That scene always makes me laugh, no matter how many times I've seen the film. And of course the scenes leading up to that moment make me crack up too. (:

The scene where Mushu and Crickee are disguised as a soldier riding a panda bear is a classic. I loved when the bear walked up the tree and disappeared. Very clever, funny, and cool.

Deffinately "i'll make a man out of you", Donny Osmond sang that song so awesomely. He is an awesome guy, and he has a lot of singing talent.

I'll make man out of you is great especially when Jackie Chan sings it on the extra it's funny to see this guy sing.The song is great but I prefer the reflection song !!

Mulan's Decision is one of those moments that shows how powerful this art form can be... As for comedy, I think the scene in which Crickee breaks down crying and admits he's not a lucky cricket is classic.
Overall, I think this is one of Disney's most underrated movies. Good job, Florida team!
