Will We See A Sister Act SE?

I seem to remember reading something about a possible SE rerelease of Sister Act on DVD, but a search doesn't turn up anything so perhaps it wasn't on this forum... or perhaps it was just a wishful dream. Sister Act ranks among my all-time favorite movies so I'd love to see this (almost as much as I'd love to see the long-rumored Sister Act 3 come to fruition). Does anyone know anything about it, or care to speculate on the likelihood? Given that it's one of BV's more popular non-Disney catalogue titles, and was one of their earlier and higher-priced DVDs for a while, I would think it might at least interest them. In fact, it appears that a special edition already exists in another region and language, though I can't discern what features it has, as I can't read the description. They could certainly pull together a commentary (WITH Whoopi) and some new featurettes, along with a new transfer. In-depth discussion with the supporting cast, creators, screenwriters, producer, director, etc. would be great. Any other ideas for features?

P.S. These don't often go far, but they can't hurt. I just found this on Google and it appears to have just been posted a couple of weeks ago, a petition for Sister Act 3.
