Flubber on DVD - Dutch and french editions

Hi, I am looking for the Robin Williams film FLUBBER on DVD for a long time.
I know that a widescreen (16:9) version exists which includes french language and subtitles and dutch subtitles.
Does anyone know if this version was in the netherlands or france? i know that in many sites they have a version of the cropped version 4:3 screen.
If the version has arrived - can you link to a store that sells it?
