I have to say that the animation looks much like the original, which is a victory for the animation department in my mind! Congrats to them, and I hope to see numerous previews of the Tarzan sequel as well.

I agree that the artwork looks rather impressive for a direct-to-video feature. Let's hope that the storyline matches well.

I'm still amazed at how much it looks like the original film - the style of the art and the quality of the animation looks identical. At least we know it'll be great in that arena. But as Renata said, lets hope the story is decent too.

On a side note, are we sure "Stitch Has A Glitch" is really the subtitle? Cause so far, it just looks like a tagline.

Well the fact that they finally got the animation right is a huge step. Next step should be decent adn interesting stories. So far the only DTV of wich I wanted to know ow it would end was Aladdin KOT. All the other DTV's are soooo predictable.

Wow, those screencaps look REALLY good; they've captured the feel of the original as well as was done in Lion King 1.5, if not better. This is definately a DTV I'm going to give a chance to, wheather by rental or blind buy. The subtitle is inventive and seems to suggest a fun plot; we'll see, but I hope it's good.

What kind of glitch do you think it is -- maybe he reverted back to his destructive programming somehow or other? Hmm...

Thanks for the screenshots Luke!!!! Wow!!! I can't wait to buy Lilo and Stitch 2: Stitch Has A Glitch the screenshots look good. So, I guess Lilo and Stitch: Masterpiece Edition might come out October just like Mulan did last year.

I hope that Disney creates some more "Inter-stitch-al" trailers for Lilo and Stitch 2.

This one minute preview appears on the Mulan II DVD. As most of you have stated, the animation does look quite impressive, on par with the original film's. Lilo's voice is jarringly different - I don't know who's providing the vocals, but it's not Davleigh Chase in the trailer. The premise seems somewhat light, really the subtitle is the only premise given in the trailer, that Stitch has a glitch which makes his eyes green and him act weird(er). Overall, it looks pretty promising and if as much effort went into the story as did the visuals, then I think we'll be rather satisfied.

i bet Davleigh Chase was replaced because her voice changed.

Needless to say, that's some gorgeous animation. Despite my disdain for Disney DTV sequels, I always give them a chance, and this is one I'll purely be interested in seeing rather than just out of curiosity.

Oooh, I was wondering when you'd get your hands on Mulan II. Any idea when the review will be up? I thoroughly enjoyed the Aladdin II&III review (even though it pursuaded me not to buy them ;) ).

Anyway, I thought Lilo's voice on the TV series was already radically different, but according to IMDB it was still Daveigh. I guess her voice really has changed quite a bit, so I wonder if they did replace her.

And yeah, the animation is absolutely stunning. The TV series had a nice style of its own, but the DTV looks like it will recapture the lush watercolors of the original movie. I wonder if this means Tarzan II will have some "deep canvas" scenes...

If Daveigh Chase's voice has changed a lot, then it may still be her voicing Lilo. But now, she sounds like a different girl.
