I'd go with A Bug's Life - it had the most entertaining and inventive features of the bunch. MI is a close second though.

Nemo's DVD, while good, left a lot to be desired for me. The image galleries were dissapointing, and Making Nemo really should've been closer to an hour in length. Plus, any DVD that splits the bonus features into "for families" and "for enthusiasts" is automatically more annoying to me.

Monsters, Inc. definitely. A Bug's Life is also excellent, though somewhat lacking in the "production" section of disc two, which seems mostly made up of brief EPK clips. Finding Nemo is generally solid but could've been so much more had the set not been annoyingly split between families and enthusiasts. Hopefully The Incredibles will be more in tune with MI, and by the looks of the press release, it really seems to (it even has its own coherent "making of" which MI didn't really have).

Monsters Inc. I found to be the best of the three :)

Monsters, Inc. The attitude was fun, the features were always informative or entertaining, and there was nothing on that set I did not like.

I thought Bug's Life had better features, but that may be because I didn't know as much about the creators behind it when it first came out (in theatres) as I did the other two.

All 3 were excelltent, better than most 2-disc sets released by Disney, but Monsters Inc. seemed to have more and better features.

Ill be interested to see The Incredibles DVD.
