It's just an educated guess but Lilo and Stitch 2 should come out either straight to DVD/Video or theater.

Hopefully Disney will release:

In no strict order, stuff that is coming out or rumoured to be includes:

- Treasures Wave 5 (hopefully there will be some educational stuff there)
- Bambi
- Cinderella
- Magnum, P.I.: Season 2
- Star Trek: Enterprise season sets
- Star Trek: First Contact & Insurrection
- Simpsons Season 5 (in Australia)
- Voltron Sets 3-5
- Battle of the Planets Sets 3-5
- Justice League Unlimited Vol 1 (with Green Arrow!)
- A-Team Season 2

Those would be the must buys anyways. There are other things I guess, but most of those would be bought on a whim, and I'm going to try and not do that this year. If I stick to that list, I'm doing incredibly well!

Yeah, you all gotta go get that JJJ is an extra. Although I will probably end up on the cutting room floor. Watch for me when the Thing is throwing the Taxi. At least I think thats what they are doing, we will see after the SFX are added.

DVDAficionado only shows the unannounced Matilda SE as full-screen. I sure hope that's not the case.

Well, Matilda's been pseudo-announced. Specs and cover art are all ready for it (which you can find here from when the DVD was due last January: http://www.dvdanswers.com/index.php?r=0 ... D0%26y%3D0). Amazon has a June 7th release date for it, which makes sense since that's a few weeks before Burton's Chocolate Factory film is released. From what I heard, Columbia has no plans to release Matilda in widescreen, which is a MAJOR slap in the face to people in R1 because the R2 disc (which is already released) is in anamorphic widescreen. This wouldn't bother me so much if Matilda were an open matte movie ala Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory, but it's a Panavision movie, so an enormous chunk of the picture is missing. I sent an e-mail to Sony about this, and I know many others at HomeTheaterForum have, too. Hopefully they'll listen to us.

Updated my last post to say DVDAficionado instead of IMDB.

Well that's ridiculous! What's the point of a Special Edition re-release if you aren't even goin to present OAR as an option!? Also, I'm a bit surprised that we haven't heard plans of a Wonka (original) Special Edition re-release to coincide with the new film. Perhaps Matilda was delayed so that OAR could be added and it could be in sync with a new Wonka DVD? Hey, I can dream. I'll look into emailing as well.
