The Guru bought Doris Day CDs!? I thought he hated her...
I haven't bought a CD in ages. The last one I bought was Songs about Jane by Maroon 5 back in July when I bought my Lion King DVD in the summer sales!

I inspired you Guru? U Huh U Huh U Huh!
I hardly ever buy CDs anymore, like Wonder. Most of the time theres only a few songs I will like on a disc, and I don't think thats worth the price. Usually if I want a few songs, I'll download them off the net.
However, I did happen to buy a CD recently. I got the Fantasmic Soundtrack from Disneyland for only $12.99. It also includes the ORIGINAL Main Street Electrical Parade soundtrack, which is a real plus. The disc was made in 1997 and I'm assuming they just found extra stock somewhere, as I'm sure its no longer in print. But its one of the best deals I've gotten in while!

Well most of my music comes in the digital form these days. I don't buy a lot of new music anyways, as I already have a healthy-sized library and am less and less interested by new music. The last few CDs I have bought, though, are:
Disney Store's Magic Christmas - Mickey & Friends and the Disney Chorus
Christmas - Helen Reddy
Christmas With The Chipmunks Volume 1 - The Chipmunks
Christmas With The Chipmunks Volume 2 - The Chipmunks (I've gone all these years with them on cassette tape!)
20th Century Masters: Amy Grant Christmas Collection - Amy Grant (It's the same thing as her 2nd Christmas album, but I got it for collecting's sake)
Greatest Hits: 1986-2004 - Amy Grant

Just wondering...
There is a 6 disc set, and it isn't complete?
What are on the other 10 discs? Are there any repeats?
That's a lot of Doris!
Um

I also got Lindsay Lohan's "Speak." She is pretty good. Much better than Hilary Duff's music.

I bought The Wizard of Oz soundtrack in January and haven't bought any CDs since.

Until today.
I got an unused copy of Stevie Nicks'
Trouble In Shangri-La at a secondhand CD store. Original plastic, annoying sticker-thingy on top, and everything. The plastic was opening at the edges, which was the only sign that it had been pre-owned. $6.75. Kickass.
And then I made a more pricey purchase with the deluxe edition of Love Angel Music Baby by Gwen Stefani.

Well, it comes in a cardboard slipcover with the typical album art on it. Take it out, and it's a digipack wrapped in blue fabric with the text and art embossed in gold. Open it up, and there's the CD and the liner notes in book style. It even has a gold ribbon bookmark. It also comes with a CD wallet covered in fabric designed by Gwen. It holds like 12 CDs. It Velcro's shut, but also has a red ribbon around it and a lamb charm.
