Your Thoughts on Home Improvement's 1st Season Packaging.

Post by Oldyeller »

Hi Y'all,
This has got to be one of my favorite shows of all time. I received my set today in the mail, and I thought the outer packaging was pretty cool looking :D . When I opened it up and saw how they overlayed disc 2 with disc 1 - I thought this doesn't look to good  - If you want to watch disc 2 you have to take out disc 1 first. There is a list of the names of the shows on the inner cover - But, There is no booklet explaining any of the shows topics. Anyhow, I was wondering want y'all thought about the packaging.

I have mixed feelings. It does make that third disc a bit of a pain to get to, and I really would like a little more information in the way of a pamphlet or some additional liner notes. However, the big plus is that it makes the case much smaller, and at this point, less shelf space taken up by any DVD is something I really value. At first glance, it kind of looks cool, too.

(I don't have HI yet, but I do have GG and BMWS2.)

Home Improvement package was different but it was ok I loved the way they fitted all three disc on one side. It is a bit hard to get the disc out of the case. :)
