Is there any way to change the registered name? My name was a mistake when I registered it.

Click on the profile button and edit your details. You can change your name there. Remember to say what you were once called in your signature.

Actually, you can't change it in your profile. Send me an e-mail and I'll change it for you. Generally, after people have established an identity, I'd discourage name changing (aside from aesthetic differences), but in certain cases it's allowable.

I'm a huge Shakespeare lover and Cressida is from his play Troilus and Cressida. Cressida is young and beautiful Trojan woman.

This post certainly explains why I could change my name a couple weeks ago. I wanted to change it from 'orestes' to 'orestes.' and I thought it was screwing up because I wanted to add the period.

I have decided it is time for a name change. My name goes back 10 years to when I first logged on to the Internet and does not represent what I am anymore. The inspiration will strike me next week at DisneyWorld although I have an idea already.

Well if Maerj changes his name then I want Mearj.
Seriously though since my name goes way back to 1996 when I was a promoter for the WWF(now WWE) and I rarely even watch wrestling now I would like to change my name to......
Mr. Toad
Please Luke.

Aaron yes. I did two or three WWF shows in the mid 90s. Really an unglamorous position that involved making sure wrestlers showed up for performances(which really was a challenge) in most cases.
I did one PPV which was a real challenge. The Hart Brothers and Davey Boy Smith were supposed to do most of the appearances but their nephew died and so they did not make the pre show stuff which pissed off the fans. We ended up with drug attics and members of "the clique" who were totally not into it because they had just been demoted from their part in the MSG incident.
I stopped watching when Owen Hart died because well, I just couldnt watch anymore. He was a great guy, which there are few and far between of in the wrestling business.
