MMB:

Yep, they're still available but as you mention just as single disc editions for the most part. And the 2 disc editions of most of these movies are just going to be available until they are in stock. But are no longer produced.

PS

Didn't know that SW Episode 1 and 2 were OOP. I'm glad I have them then 8)

Here in brazil, the dvd are release and the stay a LOT of time selling in the stores, now we have even Disney dvds that were released in 2001 but of course the special editoopns don;'t saty too much time, an example is the beauty and the beast dvd, that was selling untin april/may of this year.

I Think from th dvds I have, Just Tarzan , lady an the tramp 2 and Beauty and the beast are not avalaible any more, the rest still can be purchased at the stores.

Well, you answered yourself they're not in stores that much. And when they already put a single disc editions for those it is because soon the SE will not be available.

Take Cast Away for example or Fight Club...

I think there is a difference of opinion on what is OOP and what is OOP and unavailable.

For example: someone might have a limited edition DVD that is no longer in print, but now they sell a more current edition. So in theory that limited edition or first edition is OOP, but you can still get the movie in a different form.

Then there is a group of Disney that are OOP, but still readily available at store or online. Some example of these are Sleeping Beauty CE, Fantasia, Fantasia 2000, Fantasia Anthology, some of the Disney Treasure Series 2 and 3.

And there is a group that is OUT OF PRINT and impossible to find without paying a huge premium: Toy Story (all the different sets), Treasures Series 1, Tarzan CE, Beauty and the Beast, Walt Disney Anthology 9 DVD set, and a few others.

To me, The first category is not really OOP, but the last two I would categorize as OOP.
