1) Mary Poppins (9/10)
There's just a certain magic that pervades this whole film; it's filled to the brim with humor and happiness, and also proves to make impressions with drama and sadness.
2) Song of the South (7.25/10)
I won't go to the extreme that the live action sequences are bad and the animated sequences are the only thing worth watching. This is a pretty good film, but it is a bit dated and just not great.
3) Pete's Dragon (7/10)
A bit hokey, but I quite enjoy the music and the feel. There's some particularly strong sequences that come to mind.
4) Bedknobs and Broomsticks (7/10)
Enjoyable, just not to the extent that the filmmakers seemed to be going for.

Never seen Bedknobs & Broomsticks or Song of the South in their entirety, so it'd be unfair for me to rank them, though I've liked what I've seen from both.
Of what's left, Mary Poppins is obviously leaps and bounds over Pete's Dragon, and as Luke said, it has that magical quality throughout it. I'm not too fond of PD - it feels to dated and isn't very fun to watch.

Ranked by personal preference:
1. Mary Poppins 9/10
2. Bedknobs and Broomsticks 6/10
3. Enchanted 7/10
4. Who Framed Roger Rabbit? 8/10
I've never seen Song of the South outside a music clip I remember on one of those sing-a-long VHS tapes they used to make. PD I have seen, but it's been so long ago now, I couldn't judge it fairly.

1. Who Framed Roger Rabbit (it's actually the film that made me fall in love with the "behind the scenes" aspect of filmmaking, since it fascinated me so much as a kid. Because of that, it's one of my personal favorite films of all time).
2. Mary Poppins
3. Bedknobs and Broomsticks
4. Enchanted
5. Pete's Dragon
6. Song of the South
7. Three Caballeros (yeah, I'd count this)
I haven't seen So Dear to My Heart so I have no club about that.
(To be honest, what counts as a live-action/animation combo film anyways? Like, if Enchanted counts, would Fantasia count with the orchestra interludes? Or Fun and Fancy Free with the live action narration?)

Here are my rankings based solely on personal preference; I won't rate them since others have already done so and in this case I'm listing them in order of which one I like most to which I like least and not necessarily on their cinematic merits.
1. Mary Poppins
2. Enchanted
3. Who Framed Roger Rabbit
4. Song of the South
5. Pete's Dragon
6. Bedknobs and Broomsticks
7. So Dear to My Heart
8. Victory Through Air Power
Here is the rationale behind my VERY subjective rankings. To me, Mary Poppins is nearly perfect. I find it to be among Walt Disney's best films from any decade and in any medium. Enchanted is one of my most favorite films of all times (not a cinematic masterpiece, but just a movie I personally enjoyed a lot). Who Framed Roger Rabbit is exceptionally clever. I enjoy it very much. The animated sequences in Song of the South are great, but at times the movie is sluggish and the dialogue is painfully hokey.
I love the music in Pete's Dragon, but I do not enjoy Helen Reddy's performance at all. She's a tremendous singer but not very charismatic as an actress. I'd like Bedknobs and Broomsticks more, except I think the pacing is off. At times it works and at other times it just seems clunky. I rank Pete's Dragon ahead of it because I enjoy the music more. In terms of Sherman Bros. Disney songs, I think B&B's has one of the weakest soundtracks . . . second only, perhaps to The Sword in the Stone.
So Dear to My Heart is cute but not memorable . . . And Victory Through Air Power is as enthralling as a driver's education training film Maybe less.

I'm only a fan of movies 1-6. I know Mary Poppins should top the list, but it's never been a big favorite of mine. For some reason, I prefer Bedknobs and Broomsticks.
