Mulan slip cover doesnt open up?

I'm a bit dissapointed after reading the review for the Mulan :special Edition, and it says that the slip cover doesnt have an opening flap like all the previous sepcial edition and patinum DVD's , isntead its the saem kind of slip-cover as Finding Nemo and it annoys me that Disney did this, I mean if they made nice opening slip covers for Lion King 1 1/2 and 2 but not for Mulan? whats the deal?
