How come Miranda is not in the movie? why would they not put Lizzies best friend in the movie?

According to the official LaLaine Website, which I encourage you all to bookmark:
Lalaine is not in the Lizzie McGuire movie, since she was currently doing another project.
I seem to recall reading that there was some kind of falling out between her and the show, but I'm not sure?

She hasn't been on the show for a while but I'm not sure if she officially quit or what happened.

That's a cover of "The Tide is High". Sung by Atomic Kitten, it's been renamed "The Tide is High (Get the Feeling)" to incorporate the new chorus they added for the movie.

The cover by Atomic Kitten came out some time last year - the song did not have lyrics added for the Lizzie McQuire movie.

I've never seen the Lizzie Mcguire Tv serie, Can anybody tell me what is it about? I think the serie is not played here in Mexico, i have never gotten the chance to see it. (I saw the movie twice, I love it)
