My favorite is The Little Mermaid 2. It had a great new story instead of the same old characters.

Aladdin and the King of Thieves is my fav. The Lion King 2: Simba's Pride comes in at a very close second.

I like Lion King 2, followed by LK 1 1/2, Aladdin and the King of Thieves and Lady & the Tramp 2- the rest is rubbish.

What about "Return to Neverland" !

Not that I like any of the sequels anyway.... but that is what I think is the best of a bad bunch...

Return to Never Land went to theaters, Tony... this is for DTV(direct to video) sequels. :)

Definitely The Lion King 1 1/2 for me :)

Considering I've only seen the Aladdin sequels, that really limited my selection. I voted for "Return" on a whim, even though III had Robin Williams in it. Even in 4th grade, I could tell that both movies were really lacking.

I loved LK 1 1/2. I thought it was a neat idea and it cracked me up.

I love Lion King 2: Simba's Pride the best, despite any flaws

I would however, reward Lion King 1 1/2 as the best done DTV sequel

Not a big suprise that the Lion King movies are running away with this poll, I like both of them. I love watching that Stitch though.

Most sequels are such a let down, so it's hard to get excited about them when Disney announces a sequel.

Aladdin and the King of Thieves is my favorite Disney DTV sequel. The Lion King sequel and prequel were okay, with some nice songs and good animation, but hardly matched those of the far superior predecessor. The second sequel to Aladdin had more richer animation, more catchier songs, and the big plus of having Robin Williams back as the voice of the Genie. (Can't beat that.)

I have to say that the rest of the Disney DTV sequels are disappointing to downright awful. I have to say The Little Mermaid 2, while likeable, had cruddy animation and the songs weren't memorable at all. As the first TLM was one of my favorite Disney films, the sequel was a huge disappointment and rehashed much of the first film's plot elements to little effect.

Definitely Simba's Pride. I've just always loved the whole Romeo & Juliet story in it, and I think that it's the best film overall out of all of those listed. My second choice would be The Lion King 1 1/2.

Hey - where's the "none of 'em" option? :|

None of the shameless cheapquels put out so far have succeeded to impress me. Especially the TLK cheapquels - sorry people, but as much as I love TLK, Simba's Pride was a huge mess. Gi-normous plotholes. And Hakuna Matata was just a silly movie - a video babysitter more than anything.

I think the one I find the "least offensive" is King of Thieves. Sure, it's like a really long episode of the TV series, but it's, uh, "cute". :P

Well, I voted on this a while back, but didn't have time to explain my post.

If Return to Never Land was included, I would vote for that in an instant. As it is, it's not, so I couldn't. :)

So I chose Atlantis II: Milo's Return. Simply because none of the other sequels needed to be made (of course you could say the same about a lot of the original films. Did another version of Alice in Wonderland need to be made? It had already been filmed several times before Disney. Same for Peter Pan, Snow White etc although these were only filmed once or twice before Disney's version).

But Atlantis, while it may just be episodes from an unfinished animated series, shows that the concept could work, and was, I think, very enjoyable. I still mourn the still-birth of the TV series :(
