Thanks for posting it. It's pretty weird that Disney did a DVD just for the park and is only now releasing it regularly.
I sure hope we get more of the Wonderful World of Disney movies from the '97-'98 resurgance of the series. The Dreyfuss/Wood "Oliver Twist" was released overseas, and hopefully we'll see that and others here, and not just the ones with blockbuster stars.
Is Tower of Terror going to be barebones?

I remember seeing this movie a couple years ago and really enjoying it. I just noticed that it's coming out on DVD at a good price so I'm wondering what, if any special features will be on it. I've been searching around and haven't found any details so I'm hoping it won't be barebones. Can anyone help me out?

What pricepoint did you see it listed at?
If it's gonna be a Wal-Mart release @ $14.44 I'd bet it would be lacking on special features and not include an insert.

Barebones, of course. SRP is $19.99, so it'll be found in most stores for $14.99.

Hmm okay, thanks.
I think I'm going to spend my money on something else, maybe the Lizzie Mcguire movie. *hides from the angry ultimate disney-ers*

Does the version sold at the parks come with an extras? If so, you could get that one.

Lizzie McGuire was a great show!
Too bad it was cancelled, I was really looking forward to the ABC show, Lizzie McGuire in High School, but it looks like that wont be happening!
I hope they release Lizzie McGuire in season sets, along with Even Stevens!

*in defense of Prince Adam, turns on Lizzie Mcguire and makes MMB watch it to weaken him, then steals his rafikki stick and smacks him on the head with it*

I remembered liking Lizzie McGuire, but now I can understand why some of you can't stand it. Did it really used to have charm or am I remembering incorrectly?
Maybe the overcommercialization rubs me the wrong way.
Fortunately, seeing Even Stevens again, I still enjoy it very much and would LOVE seeing the 65 episodes + movie come to DVD. Even Stevens is really bright and funny writing, reminds me of "Pete & Pete" in some ways.

Overcommercialization?
How about overcommercialism, not that it matters this late. I mean early.

Was anyone able to find Tower of Terror in any stores today? After making several calls to Best Buy, Target, Walmart, etc., I was unable to locate a copy. Finally placed an order with Bestbuy.com. Why does Disney do this? Why do they announce a release date for a DVD and make it a game to try to locate a copy? Remember The Rescuers just a few months ago? Who's in charge of their marketing? BTW, I didn't even bother to call the Disney Store itself since they don't seem to be carrying but 5 Disney titles these days!
