Hello!

I ordered the 3 treasures from wave 2 from the DMC and they all arrived ok except the Goofy dvds. The blue and beige band with Roy's signature is missing from that one. Should I call and ask for a new one or am I likely to be told "too bad"? Is this a big deal....it just looks all naked with out it.

Definitely call. I'm sure they'll accomodate you somehow. It's not a huge deal (unless you really want it)... but why not call? Can't hurt.

I agree with Aaron, you can at least ask. Worst comes to worse is they say they can't help, at least you tried asking.

Something is up because mine came the same way, though it didn't bother me, I simply wanted it to watch the cartoons and so my daughter can watch them.
