What do you think is the most important (or which do you prefer):

1) Small Individual Photos (i.e. Thumbnails only)
2) Large Individual Photos (i.e. True To Life)
3) Group Photos
4) Showing As They're Kept In Your Home
5) Themed Pictures (i.e. By Time Period)

I use DVDAficionado and Guzzlefish, both of which use the small thumbnails. I think that makes for the easiest browsing by others.

Since I use DVDAfficionado, thumbnails are how I show off my collection.

I guess I should have been more specific, if you were creating your own site...i.e. pretend guzzlefish and dvdaf didn't exist. Still prefer thumbnails if you're creating the site?

If I was creating my own set, I'd do them all. I'd make an A-Z listing of my DVDs with thumbnails beside them (and make some of the more prized ones hyperlinked to a page about them with a full-sized photo or a link to another site about that movie). I'd also have them sorted by genre, with thumbnails. And then you could put a link on there to see a picture of the whole collection, too.

A website like that would be awesome, but would be a massive undertaking if you have a huge DVD collection. If you start when its small, though, and regularly add DVDs, it could turn out rather nice.

That's what I was thinking of doing. However, lifesize photos of my Disney DVDs takes up one entire geocities account (never mind any html pages!) Must shrink them before starting...I guess lifesize is out of the question, maybe 1/4 the size?
