Ok, we all know that their are going to be eight Disney DVD relases on August 3 but not everyone will buy all eight right.

Now just vote for the one you are going to buy but remember it's your number one choice.

The Princess Diaries: Special Edition
Darby O'Gill and the Little People
The Black Hole
The Watcher in the Woods
Something Wicked This Way Comes
Unidentified Flying Oddball
Oliver Twist
Hidalgo
Jack

I pick The Princess Diaries: Special Edition, Hidalgo and Darby O'Gil and the Little People as for the rest I haven't seen them.

O.K.!!!

But if you're including a Touchstone film like Hidalgo, why didn't you include Jack:

Watcher in the Woods for sure. Superb job by Bette Davis. Hidalgo and Darby O'Gill are both possibilities. Is Hidalgo a Disney film, I would rather think it was released by Touchstone or Hollywood.

Jack wasn't produce by Buena Vista Home Video while Hidalgo was.

On the contrary, both were from branches of Buena Vista.

I was torn between Princess Diaries SE and Hidalgo (I can't afford to buy both), but today I got the local Zellers flyer, and Princess Diaries is $3 cheaper, so I'll go with that.

Plus, I'd probably rather see Princess Diaries: it's the kind of fluffy thing that has just enough heart to keep me interested. It reminds me so much of a Disney film from the 60's.

Remember The Princess Diaries: Special Edition will have a coupon to see The Princess Diaries 2: Royal Engagement for free.
But I'm not sure if it's for child or adult admission.
I'm also planing to get Knight Rider Season One on DVD the same day but threw Columbia House.

I'm getting Princess Diaries SE locally (probably CC with a Target pricematch).
Also getting Black Hole, Something Wicked This Way Comes & Watcher in the Woods from DDD (they shipped day before yesterday & nobody locally can be counted on to have catalog titles in stock + DDD had a great price on 'em).

Would be getting Darby O'Gill but no WS no sale. Don't care about open, closed, inside out or upside down Matte.

Anyone know if Best Buy does price matches?

I don't have one locally but I do know from reading on numerous dvd forums that Best Buy most certainly does pricematch. They're not as friendly about it as Circuit City who I've had great success with but it is their policy to pm. My CC even pm's BB even though we don't have one locally (the closest are 35 miles north & south of us). As long as they're within a 50 mile radius CC will do it (with a smile too).

Thanks- That's very cool! My next question is- does it have to be an ad flyer or something from that week? What kind of proof do they accept as prices from another local store? Thanks.
