Reading this makes me want to yell aloud and dance around the house. Yes, we already knew about it, but it's still so exciting. I wonder from where they are drawing this bonus episode?

I'm not a big fan of the first season of Boy Meets World because it's not that good but it's ok for me.
I'll think about it since I prefer to get other Disney DVD's.
Also since they are played on ABC Family and Disney Channel I not 100% sure to get it.

i dont like season 1 but will get it for commentaries, and the "bonus episode" which i assume to be either outakes/blooper or a pilot episode that was re-shot before it even aired on tv... and plus i want season 5,6 and 7 really bad and figure sales will probably count on this one so...

Yeah, well, be it the first season or whatever, it's still Boy Meets World. I've been waiting years for this and have heard all of the rumors. This just is the icing on the cake. though 50 bucks is a ton, hopefully it'll be somewhere around 30 bucks when it first comes out (I hope). Either way, this is great!

yeah and abc family is going to air the episodes banned by disney channel. but still abc family has cut scenes for time and such.

no matter what network it's on i think (and hope) dvd will be much better, either way too bad BVHE didnt try an online street team for the dvd (via fanpimp) that would of been a great promotional tool

http://www.tvshowsondvd.com/newsitem.cfm?NewsID=1938 offers a little, er, analysis on the press releases.

So far it looks as though this will be among the better TV-on-DVD offerings on the market- and deservingly so, as it's one of TV's finest shows. Personally, I loved Season One. Sure, it gets much better as time goes on, but that holds true for almost every TV series- sitcom or drama (BMW blends the two perfectly).

But aside from all the features and the content itself, I may be most excited about seeing the original title sequence, which I haven't seen in a LONG, LONG time.

Now it's time for Family Matters S1 to be announced. :)

Same here! It's silly, but the original opening credits sequence is almost mythical after having the Season 4 opening used for all of the first four seasons in syndication.

I'm really pleased that 4 major cast members will be participating in the commentaries, and we'll finally get to hear (and maybe see) Michael Jacobs. It's nice that Disney is putting bonus features on this, as I don't think other studios would be as willing. That certainly makes up for the slightly higher SRP.

This is one of my most anticipated DVD releases of the year.

So you're the one who took the press release, the graphic, the disc art, removed all references to UltimateDisney.com, and didn't link back?

I don't think that merits free publicity.

Reacting to the latest posting on the front page...

"See How They've Grown"? Hmm. That seems like an odd name for a season one episode, doesn't it? Grown from what? Maybe it was a pitch for the season finale, and they grew from the first episode? Who knows. I'm very anxious to see!

I REALLY hope the other bonus features are just not listed by accident, and haven't been scrapped. And if they have been, they hopefully will at least appear on the 2nd season.
