He must have had some reason to leave, (not that it's any of my business), but still, this is sad news!

I'm sad to see him go. He's been around the site as long as just about anyone, and I've always appreciated his presence.

I don't know what this is all about, but I'm sorry you're leaving, Gus! Maybe you ought to reconsider?

Well that frankly blows. I hope it isn't because of some petty disagreement with another member. Perhaps if we make sure he wins every nomination in the Member Awards, then he'll come back?

I hate to see him go, and maybe he'll come back. Maybe it's just a matter of time constraints?

Thats really sad news to hear I may not have been around for very long but I always enjoyed reading what he had to say. I wish him th best of luck to him and hopefully his absence is only temporarily .

He was such a great contributer to the site! I always enjoyed (even if I didn't agree with) his early previews, and his worthwhile opinions. He'll definitely be missed!

Who will post movies' birthdays now?? He had them all memorized.
