Faults in Finding Nemo (updated)

There are a few BIG mistakes in Finding Nemo, which surprises me since the PIXAR company are such perfectionists...
1) Whales move their tails up and down. In the film, their tails moved left to right, like fishes.
2) The marine biologists' (or whoever it was) name is mispelled in the credits!
3) When the Sharks were saying "Fish are friends, not food", and another shark said, "Except Dolphins...". Dolphins are mammals, not fishes!
Just thought you all would like to know!
Edit: Edited number one
edit2: added number three

Jabroni you're wrong, Sharks do move their tails left to right. They are fishes.
Whaels and dolphins move their tails up and down, because they are mamals.
The spelling, I wouldn't know, I didn't notice it.

Phillip, you are right. My mistake. It actually was a whale. Sorry, and thanks for pointing that out!

Christ, it doesn't come out here until August and it is already being picked apart...
Way to ruin it for the rest of us

Oh come on loomis, I didn't tell you anything that important, like the fact that the Crush, Sea Turtle dies...

I'm usually pretty good at picking up things like this but I completely missed the whales 'n' tails thing. Guess I'll have to keep an eye out when I get the DVD.
And that is a pretty major faux pas.

yes, the whales one really amazed me, since the animators spent a whole year on coral and sponges!

I'm blown away by this, actually.
Think about how much time these guys and gals spend studying the animals they are going to "animate". Countless hours by their own admission. Then to not only animate a whale's movement wrong, but it got by how many round-table reviews, editor screenings and such?
The more I think about it the more it truly amazes me that it could happen.
It takes nothing away from the quality of Pixar Studios or their films, obviously, but

Sure don't mention it

. One thing I can say about disney is that they are usually pretty good about things like that. Well, next time I see it I will have to look for that. While the Whale thing does bother me, the dolphin doesn't so much, because the Shark character himself might jussst be stupid, although many kids who don't know the difference between fish and water mamals, might be confused by this.
Will someone please think of the children!?!
(it's an inside joke)

To tell you the truth, I'm not sure I even understand it.

I'm really tired.
See, I'm beginning to go crazy!!!!
