New Winnie the Pooh movie!

What’s with the new Winnie the Pooh movie talked about last week? Theaters or Disney+?
I have been telling everyone for almost a year that Disney was developing a new Pooh project, and last I heard the idea was for the project to get a theatrical release, but Disney+ is always a safe bet for the Hundred Acre Woods.

from what I recall, disinsider last year stated that the project was to take him back to his animated roots so looking like an animated project.
I'm curious to who is making this movie???
Disney Animation Studio (feels doubtful unless its more of a featurette type film aka like 25 min type), Disney Television Animation or basically outsourcing somewhere. Then of course other question would be 2D or 3D.
its interesting that 2026 is 100th anniversary of the 1926 Winnie the Pooh Book and 2027 is the 50th anniversary of The Many Adventures of Winnie the Pooh 1977 film. One would think they would try to hit either celebration....
