Which of these three dp films, scene by scene provides the most nightmare fuel. Elaborate below.

While Sleeping Beauty has its fair share of scary moments (like Maleficent luring Aurora to the spinning wheel or Maleficent appearing in the fireplace before that), I think the honor goes to Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs because of the spooky forest sequence and when the Evil Queen becomes the Hag.
