The old ads said “US and Canada, except Quebec.” which was interesting and strange…and they also had the service in France, but not the French-speaking part of Canada? (Did it ever come there, even?) What’s going on? Sorry if this is a dumb question.
Without answering my own question, it might be because it was too limited a market (unlike France) to produce separate covers for but I feel like that law only applies to federally regulated things like food, cosmetics and medicine.
