Interesting. I wonder If this will be live Action ala Prince of Persia or a WDAS movie. Could this finally be the Revival of male centred fairytale movies??
After having read the fairytale, I think Aladdin and the King of Thieves did a great job adapting the story. It really fits Aladdins franshise really perfectly. Of course the DtV Media gets forgotten over the years, so many people wouldnt automatically point similarities with it, but few comparisons will still be there. Still, Fingers crossed the rumor is true and that its from WDAS
