Hey yall, I have been going crazy over these finals the past few weeks. Luckly the worst is over and I only have one left. It's a 10 minute informative speech for oral communications with visual aid. I just need a topic, I was thinking possibly somthing Disney related. I will be using power point so it could be cool. I have to present it on wed of this week. So if anyone has an idea for me please let me know. Thanks in advance!

What about:

1. A comparison of 2D animation and 3D animation, and how Disney's new strategy or releasing only 3D animation may not good in the long run for their company.

2. The life and times of Walt Disney. Basically one big Disney biography and what he contributed to the media. He WAS one of, if not the, first major movie people to venture out into television.

3. A history of your favorite disney movie, and how it relates somehow to communications and the media at the time of its release.

Escapay

Here are some good topics.

1. Compare each decade with each other starting from the 30's, 40's, 50's, 60's, 70's, 80's, 90's and 2000 and on.

2. Compare the movies that Walt Diseny made and the ones after his death. Comparing the music, creativity, art and the imagination.

3. You could talk about what Diseny movies you like why and what made you a Disney fan.

4. You could talk about the history of the Disney characters and how Disneyland and Disney films affect children, teenagers and adults in the real world.

5. You could compare the roles of a man and women in a Disney film along with their animal friends if they have any.
For example Mulan, Ariel, Pochontas and Snow White.
Aladdin, Prince Phillip, Tarzan, Hercules and Peter Pan.
Why the titles are the main male or female character.

6. You could compare each Disney theme from each movie.
What was the main theme. What was the outcome. Was it a bad or good outcome. Who suffered the most. Who was the hero. What was the moral of the story.

7. Discrible the animated ups and downs of the projects. Which ones were hits and which ones where misses and why your opinion and a Diseny comment of why it was a success or failure.

Just go to the library and look for Diseny books that talk about the movies, character and of course Walt Disney.
