I don't know how they are going to fix all this. They had all the post-credit scenes created to follow Kang's story. Now they have to create a villain unknown by lot of the public who don't read comics, make a convinceable story about him and introduce him as the biggest villain till now. All of this while they try to create the secret wars event, one of the biggest events in the Marvel comics...
I also don't like RDJ come back as Dr. Doom. I think that F4 needed all the attention and thanks to this movement they are going to be eclipsed by him.
They have a hard job to make, hope that they can do it right.

My understanding is that RDJ as Dr. Doom is a variant that will only be used for Doomsday and Secret Wars. He's not going to be the Dr. Doom of the new Fantastic Four movies.

But this doesn't have sense. If this is true they have to present two different universes. One for the MCU fantastic 4 and another one only for RDJ as Dr. Doom. I think that creating 2 doctors would be one of their biggest mistakes. They sould have presented F4 correctly and after that introduce Dr. Doom as the great villain of the phase.

That's exactly what they are doing.

I agree with you. Bringing in Dr. Doom like this, and as a Tony Stark variant no less, is a desperate move that shows they have no real plan and resort to last-minute gimmicks.
