Being a huge Disney Theme Parks fan I’m looking forward to this series but more especially for their older and most nostalgia attractions (although I’m not sure what I can still learn from them ^^).

Also I haven’t made the connection with the Jungle Cruise release so far.., silly me ^^ I thought it was another way to boost the sales for Disney Parks tickets during summertime (although it certainly counts too).

Just saw the first episode, and I have to admit, I was really disappointed ! I was expecting / hoping it to be much more like The Imagineering Story they did a few months back. This is way more zany and not as serious.

And the narrator ? My word she was annoying. I just wanted to hear everyone else speak rather than her endless prattle, truly. Give me Angela Bassett any day !

I agree, we watched the first one (Jungle Cruise) yesterday during dinner and it was pretty cringe.
Hoping it was because of the subject (bad puns), and further episodes will be different.

I thought though it would be 10 episodes, but in the list I see only 5. Will the remaining episodes be released at a later date?

It seemed very divisive on social media as well, people were seemingly expecting more of the The Imagineering Story vibes too. Felt like a school wacky science video or something ?

Felt as if they think having a theme park ride documentary would be too dull, so they had to zane it up for them.

I've watched a few episodes of Behind the Attraction. It's clearly aimed at a more general family audience than The Imagineering Story, which is pretty much a serious and thorough documentary series aimed at adult Disney fans. I agree that the narrator on this could get annoying at times (definitely overly jolly), and some of the attempts at being entertaining and light-hearted seemed a bit contrived. Nonetheless, I still found what I've seen so far to be fairly engaging and intriguing, and I've learnt things I didn't know before about the attractions.

Will be boycotting anything Disney Parks related for what they've done or will be doing to Snow White's Scary Adventures, Splash Mountain, and the Roger Rabbit ride.

A. The artist wrote, "It's worth noting that Disney did not produce the series. It was created by Seven Bucks Productions and The Nacelle Company. Graphic design is credited to award-winning graphic designer Jeremy Samples, so it's disappointing they would copy instead of producing original artwork.". I wonder if this Jeremy will be speaking out about what happened.

B. This episode is next for me to watch in my queue so I haven't seen it yet, but further in that Twitter thread, the artist pointed out the inaccuracies in the episode's information. What a shame on both fronts. I've enjoyed the show so far.

I actually have not watched any of the first season yet. That’s something I need to get onto. I think maybe it premiered when I was taking a break from this streaming service?
