I didn't realize
Deadpool 3 was so far along. I don't keep up with film news for the most part unless it's posted on this site. I can't wait!

Deadpool is under Disney now, right? (Via one of their hundreds of company absorptions) This definitely deserves its own thread. One of the few superhero films I'm actually looking forward to aside from GotG3, now Chadwick Boseman is gone from the world. Anyway,
there's this cross-promotion for
Free Guy and
Deadpool 3.
"Where are the f***ing dogs?!"

Ok, folks. It’s the end of the week. So, before for my latest weekly post for my blog drops tomorrow, this time, I'd like to share my post from last week about the importance of the film that’s now said to end Phase 5 of the Marvel Cinematic Universe in 2024, #Deadpool3:
https://alsaysall.wordpress.com/2023/03 ... -for-2024/.
Look out for tomorrow’s post on another MCU 3rd chapter film: #GuardiansOfTheGalaxyVol3.
I'd be happy to know what you think of what I have to say in my article.

This movie is just gonna be f-ing hilarious and amazing with Hugh Jackman's Wolverine part of it. Even if they never made another film after 3, I would be glad they ended with that cameo since there was a reference to him in the first film.

But knowing that Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3 and Deadpool 3 are the 2 MCU films expected in Phase 5 to deliver on high quality, it would be in Disney’s best interest to see that those 2 films are the answer as to how and why the MCU can be saved only through quality, not quantity.
I agree with what you wrote there for sure. I have not watched all of the MCU movies, and I haven't seen anything new from Marvel in a while. But GotG & Deadpool are always fun, so I anticipate that both will do well at the box office and will give people faith in the DCU again.

You mean MCU. Right? MCU is Disney. DCU is WB.

ICYMI, BREAKING NEWS!!!
Look out Spider-Man, because Marvel Studios' new Jesus and his friend #DeadpoolWolverine just beat you by 10 million views with the world’s biggest global trailer debut in 24 hours with 365 million views, thanks to the most-watched #SuperBowl ever with 123.4 million viewers:
https://thewaltdisneycompany.com/deadpo ... er-record/.
THE record breaking achievement not just for both Disney and Marvel Studios, but also for an R-rated movie as well. Guess Bob Iger is about to ignore the soccer moms and listen to Ryan Reynolds to help him save Feige’s MCU and maybe commit to R-rated #Blade for Mr. Mahershala Ali, making #Thunderbolts R-rated and allowing #DaredevilBornAgain be TV-MA, too.
So much for the people on Twitter and others saying the MCU is dead and cheering that on.
Take a good look around, boys. Cuz your 2024 global box office is about to get a new champ.
And it ain’t Timothee Chalamet & his sex-toy-looking-popcorn-bucket-selling sandworms, even though I’m looking forward to that film in IMAX, no offense to you #Dune fans out there.
It’s Canadian Cumberbatch and Australian Dave Bautista.
See you all in theaters July 26th, America. And also other countries around the world.
