This is just the same Mickey Mouse short series with a different name. I had seen crew members say Disney was thinking of making season 6 a Disney+ exclusive, so this news doesn't surprise me.

Will Kaitlyn Robrock voice Minnie here? She has been voicing her now for some episodes of "Mickey's Mixed-Up Adventures". Also, will Bret Iwan voice Mickey, or will it once again be Chris what's-his-name?

They also made each short 7 minutes long instead of the usual 4 and reduced the order from 19 episodes per season to 10. Those are the only changes.

I assume so regarding Kaitlyn. Still haven't heard her as Minnie, so that should be interesting. As for Mickey, I assume Chris Diamantopoulos (I did google his last name) returns, given this is basically the same show with a fresh coat of paint.

It's just that it's so hard to spell Chris' last name.

The original series had some longer 7-minute shorts, as well:
-Potatoland
-Wonders of the Deep
-Ku'u Lei Melody
-Split Decision
-New Shoes
-Surprise!
-Outta Time

I think it should be noted that according to her article on the Disney Wiki, it's not known if Kaitlyn Robrock will indeed officially take over as Minnie's voice or if someone else will take over. Look at Daniel Ross, who voices Donald in "Mickey's Roadster Racers"/"Mickey Mix-Ups". The only reason someone other than Tony Anselmo is doing it is because Anselmo is preoccupied with voicing Donald elsewhere, such as in the newer "DuckTales" and that Three Caballeros cartoon series (which, by the way, is really cool).

oh no, I didn't mean to sound like a jab, I meant it as a joke about his last name being hard to write. I had to google to find it out how to spell it

The series will include cameos of other classic Disney characters.
Each seven-minute short is filled with laugh-out-loud comedy, modern settings, timeless stories, new music and the unmistakable classic art style of the "Mickey Mouse" shorts. The series will include stories inspired by various lands at Disney parks and cameos by classic Disney heritage characters.

Does this mean that Pluto is completely left out? I hope not.

"The Wrangler's Code" clip made me smile big. Reminded me of "Yodel-Adle-Eedle-Idle-Oo," which is one of my favorite things. I've been very amazed at the home-production aspect of the pandemic, so that featurette was neat. I didn't realize that this was out yet (I haven't watched much TV in a while), so I'm excited to see the new episodes.

Just finished the house episode and that's my favorite so far! The fact that it was
Alan Tudyk who voiced the house made the episode even better

I thought the voice was familiar! I can't believe I didn't recognize him.
And I realized after the episode:
Was that Alan's first time EVER singing in a Disney project after 8 years?
After 8 years of no songs and getting robbed from a villain song in WiR, he deserved his first Disney song and first VILLAIN song being "There's a Great Big Beautiful Tomorrow."

I have the first pieces of the train- Goofy as the conductor, Mickey on Mission: Space, and Minnie in her car from Runaway Railway. I do hope the collect the rest and finish building my train up!
