It's a fairy tale Broadway-bound musical using Britney Spears' songs!! I've been following it since it was announced; the cast was just announced:

The title doesn't exactly roll-off the tongue, does it? I don't usually care for jukebox musicals but the fantasy setting has me intrigued.

I think the title is perfect, since it's a fairy tale (once upon a time) + her first single (Baby One More Time). Do you happen to be a Britney fan? I wonder if a lot of non-fans, or just casual fans, will be interested due to the fantasy nature...

I know that but it sounds clunky.

I enjoy some of her songs. I'm not sure if that makes me a fan or not.

Yeah, the title was hard for me to read. It's like your brain wonders what those words are at first.

I would say I'm a casual fan of Britney; I own most of her albums, anyway. I'd love if they used any of "Lucky," "Everytime," "Overprotected," and "If You Seek Amy."

^ The article above confirmed “Oops! I Did It Again”, “Stronger,” “Toxic” and “Lucky.” I think that "Everytime" & "Overprotected" would absolutely fit in the fairy tale setting; I love "If You Seek Amy," but I don't know if the show will be more PG/PG-13!

Oh, right. The first time I heard "Overprotected" was actually as a music video somebody made for The Little Mermaid.
