A reimagining of Peter Pan titled "Wendy" will be released by Fox Searchlight on February 28, 2020. Since Disney owns Fox, doesn't it make this the live-action remake of Peter Pan?

It seems very similar in tone and style to the director's last film "Beasts of the Southern Wild." Watching that movie should probably give an idea of where he's going with "Wendy."

Aneline Jolie is ALSO producina live action Peter Pan movie "Come Away" . It's from the screenwriter of Beauty and the Beast.
Also there is a Furth live action Per Pan movie being made by Emma Thompson ! with an ALL-STAR cast !
