When will Disney release in Spain these Classics on BD?

I think there are other countries in Europe that have a similar situation...
I don´t get why Disney doesn´t release: The Many Adventures of Winnie the Pooh, The Great Mouse Detective and Winnie Pooh.
...The Adventures of Ichabod and Mr. Toad/The Legend of Sleepy Hollow as well.
I don´t understand since, way back then (2014) , Disney released a bunch of their Classics on BD in USA and Spain got them as well. All except those movies.
