Very sad news. As Minnie Mouse, she gifted the world immeasurable joy for many years. May she rest in peace and may her family and friends find comfort in this time.

Aw, too bad! Rest in peace. At least now the once-current voices of Mickey and Minnie are back together again in the hereafter.
Now, the question becomes, who will take over as voice of Minnie now? I hope they find someone soon. Could Melissa Rauch do it?

I'll keep you posted (unless someone beats me to it).

I was never fond of Minnie Mouse growing up. The Kingdom Hearts series made me appreciate the character more. Her voice work there and as the children on the original DuckTales is what I'll most remember her for having done. Rest in peace.

There have been a LOT of those 2010s Mickey cartoons that feature Minnie, occasionally having her name, and not Mickey's, on the title. In all honesty, I think while they find a new voice for Minnie, they should do some cartoons without Minnie. Here's a list of all the 2010s Mickey cartoons without Minnie, but either do have other characters (Donald, Daisy, Goofy, Pluto (including cameos)) or just features Mickey by himself (which features no established characters labeled next to it). Note that, in the interest of logic, this does not label lesser-seen characters (like Pete), only members of the Fab Six:
Tokyo Go
Stayin' Cool (Donald, Goofy)
Gasp!
Panda-monium
Ghoul Friend (Goofy)
Dog Show (Goofy, Pluto)
Potatoland (Donald, Goofy)
Sleepwalkin' (Goofy)
Flipperboobootosis (Donald, Goofy)
Tapped Out (Donald, Goofy)
O Futebol Classico
Down the Hatch (Donald, Goofy)
Goofy's Grandma (Goofy, Donald (cameo))
Mumbai Madness
Space Walkies (Pluto)
Workin' Stiff (Donald, Goofy)
Bronco Busted (Donald, Goofy)
Coned (Pluto)
One Man Band
Roughin' It (Donald, Goofy)
Turkish Delights (Donald, Goofy)
Split Decision (Donald, Daisy)
Good Sports (Goofy)
Swimmin' Hole (Donald, Goofy)
Canned (Goofy (cameo))
Feed the Birds
Flushed (Pluto, Donald)
A Pete Scorned
Outta Time (Donald, Goofy)
My Little Garden (Pluto)
Our Homespun Melody (Donald)
Easy Street (Goofy, Pluto)
Gone To Pieces (Donald, Goofy)
And here's a list of all the shorts that do have Minnie (again, featuring other Fab Six members whenever possible (including cameos)):
No Service (Donald, Daisy, Goofy)
Yodelberg
Croissant de Triomphe (Daisy)
New York Weenie (Goofy)
Bad Ear Day (Goofy)
O Sole Minnie
Third Wheel (Goofy)
The Adorable Couple (Donald, Daisy, Goofy (cameo))
Cable Car Chaos
Fire Escape (Goofy)
Eau de Minnie
Captain Donald (Donald, Daisy)
The Boiler Room
Mickey Monkey (Donald, Goofy)
Clogged (Donald (cameo))
Goofy's First Love
Doggone Biscuits (Pluto)
Al Rojo Vivo
Bottle Shocked
A Flower For Minnie (Goofy)
Wish Upon a Coin (Goofy)
Movie Time
Shifting Gears
Black and White
Feliz Cumpleanos (Donald, Daisy, Goofy)
Wonders of the Deep (Donald, Daisy, Goofy)
Road Hogs
No (Donald, Daisy, Goofy, Pluto)
Dancevidaniya
Couple Sweaters
Sock Burglar (Goofy)
Ku'u Lei Melody (Donald, Goofy)
Entombed
No Reservations (Daisy)
Touchdown and Out (Donald, Daisy, Goofy)
Locked In Love (Donald (cameo), Daisy (cameo))
Bee Inspired
Shipped Out (Donald, Daisy, Goofy, Pluto)
Three-Legged Race (Donald, Daisy, Goofy)
Nature's Wonderland
The Birthday Song (Donald, Goofy, Pluto)
The Perfect Dream (Goofy, Pluto)
Carnaval (Goofy (cameo))
Year of the Dog (Donald, Daisy, Goofy, Pluto)
The Fancy Gentleman (Donald, Goofy)
New Shoes (Donald, Goofy)
Springtime
Dumb Luck (Goofy, Pluto)
Roll 'em
Amore Motore
House Painters (Donald, Goofy)
Surprise (Donald, Daisy, Goofy)
Hats Enough (Donald, Daisy, Goofy)
Safari, So Good
For Whom the Booth Tolls (Goofy)
You, Me and Fifi
Over the Moon
Two Can't Play (Donald, Daisy)
Our Floating Dreams
Carried Away (Goofy (cameo))
That's a lot of cartoons with Minnie in them, don't you think? There's certainly a lot more cartoons with Minnie in them than without.
On the other hand, however, it's also possible that, as with "Mickey Mouse Clubhouse", in which Wayne Allwine as Mickey continued to be used until 2012, because they had done production, including voicework, well in advance, Russi Taylor may have done a lot of her voicework on Minnie for this newer Mickey Mouse series as well, so her voicework here may be used for a few years as well. In any case, they should take a break from featuring Minnie for a while and focus on Donald, Goofy or Pluto, or even have Mickey star by himself (as in "Tokyo Go", "O Futebol Classico", etc.).

Maybe they can for the shorts, but there is still Mickey and the roadster racers TV show where Minnie is part of the cast.
It will be intresting if she recorded her lines already for the Disneyparks attraction Mickey and Minnies runaway railway.

Which is why I'm thinking that whether in the Mickey cartoons or "Roadster Racers", we will probably not get to hear whoever voices Minnie now take over from Russi until after a few years. They still have to record all the dialogue and everything. Bill Farmer had said that they finished production on "Mickey Mouse Clubhouse" way back in 2013, yet the final episode did not air until 2016. So I wouldn't be surprised if they did similar things in these cases. Assuming the Mickey cartoons and/or "Roadster Racers" are still going on, whoever voices Minnie now will probably not be heard until, say, 2022.
And yes, Russi probably already has recorded her lines for the Runaway Railway. In fact, I believe it was supposed to debut this year at the Studios, but it has been delayed to some time next year (hopefully early) for whatever reason.
Maybe they will do a new ice show or something later this year and that's when we will hear the new voice of Minnie. After all, that's where we first heard Bret Iwan as Mickey.

This is just a guess on my part, but I have heard that following Taylor's passing, Grey Griffin will take over as the voice of Martin Prince on "The Simpsons". So it is possible that maybe Griffin will voice Minnie, too. Like I said, it's just a guess.

I don't know how long it's been going on, but I have just learned that Minnie does indeed have a new voice actress. Her name is Kaitlyn Robrock, who has been voicing Minnie in episodes of "Mickey Mouse Mixed-Up Adventures" (the apparent new name for "Mickey's Roadster Racers"). From looking her up, I noticed also that she was born on December 30, 1983.
I will say this: it's nice to know that Mickey and Minnie are now once again voiced by people who are close to each other in age (Bret Iwan and Robrock), just as Wayne Allwine and Russi Taylor were (almost) close in age. Personally, I've kinda felt that there was something a bit off-putting of Taylor continuing to voice Minnie while someone much, much younger (so young that Taylor could easily have been Iwan's mother in another life) voiced Mickey.

Confirmed. Twitter account "Disney Examiner" posted this video recorded in the audience at the final panel at the recent D23 convention, in which Kaitlyn Robrock addressed the audience in character.
Congratulations to Ms. Robrock, and good luck.
