Have we entered the sixth stage of Pixar?

Before Pixar was Pixar, it started at NYIT in the 70s with Ed Catmull, Alvy Ray Smith, Malcolm Blanchard, David DiFrancesco, Ralph Guggenheim and Bill Reeves and some others.
The second stage happened when George Lucas hired the six names already mentioned and formed a group that continued to grow by adding more people, amongst them John Lasseter.
The third stage was the Steve Jobs era when the Company of Pixar was actually formed (even if he was not actually a founder).
The fourth stage was when they started making features.
The fifth stage was when Disney bought the studio from Steve Jobs.
And now, when both Lasseter and Catmull (and Lee Unkrich and Darla Anderson) are gone after having been major forces for decades, and new projects like the Spark shorts have officially been put in motion, and not to mention that the Disney and Pixar studios are now in charge of two different presidents and CCOs, it looks like we have entered the sixth stage.
Which makes you wonder if this will lead to any noticeable changes from now on.
