Second only to Maleficent for me. He's all of Vincent Price's movie characters post House of Wax, rolled into one.

It might surprise you, given my username, that he's only my THIRD favorite, behind Frollo and Jafar. But, he's definitely up there! I just wish there were more pieces of Great Mouse Detective merchandise... The odd plush every now and again couldn't HURT, could it? Sadly, unless it's Disney Princess related, it's not getting anything.

Love Ratigan!
He is definitely one of my favorites. Huge Vincent Price fan and having Price voice a Disney villain was a perfect idea. He is hilarious and you can tell he had a blast with the role. I wish Ratigan got more attention. He definitely deserves it.

Ratigan completely makes this movie! It's not one of my top 10 anymore, but I absolutely loved this movie when I was a kid and Ratigan always stole the show in my opinion.
