Me too. I'm a bit wary of it. Whilst I'm pleased to see Pixar do an original film I can't help but feel uncertain. Guess I'm used to the sequel train.Disney's Divinity wrote:Same.carolinakid wrote:Inside Out, but I'll wait for the DVD.
Even with all of the good praise at Cannes? I'll try and see Inside Out in theaters if at all possible. I may see Jurassic World, too, but that's not a necessity.MeerkatKombat wrote:Me too. I feel the same way because I've really grown weary of Pixar's storytelling formula. Inside Out looks like another high-end concept which will be reduced to a very paint-by-the numbers road trip movie with an unlikely duo, sprinkled with canned sentimentality about the importance of "friendship" and "family".MeerkatKombat wrote:Me too. That is what I am afraid of. I don't want toy story with emotions instead of toys. I read the plot on Wikipedia and I just internally groaned. I just think if they had taken another direction instead of road trip I could have been more excited about it. It just didn't come off as very original or clever to me.Sotiris wrote:I feel the same way because I've really grown weary of Pixar's storytelling formula.
