A new Italian eatery, Trattoria al Forno, will replace Cat Cora's Greek-inspired restaurant, Kouzzina at WDW's Boardwalk in December. The menu will include dishes from several different regions of Italy and Neapolitan style wood-fired pizza. Trattoria al Forno joins the ranks of these other Italian restaurants at WDW.....Tutto Italia, Via Napoli and Tutto Gusto Wine Cellar in Epcot, Mama Melrose's Ristorante Italiano at DHS, Tony's Town Square Restaurant at MK, Portobello at DTD and Il Mulino at the Dolphin.

I've recently read up about Kouzzina, which looks fanfreakingtastic, and pretty different from a lot of other restaurants at WDW. It's a shame that it's being replaced with yet another Italian restaurant, but hey, there's nothing wrong with some good Italian, either.

I'm going back to WDW in Orlando, and I'll try to get a breakfast at Kouzzina in before it's too late. From what I've seen, that will be a heck of an experience!
