I guess Asmus has been out makin' some figures for Lord of the Rings recently, and one of their figures happened to be the orc-lieutenant from Return of the King. Me, being a pretty big fan of the character, I had to have him.

And let me just say, he is pretty awesome-tastic!

Anyhoo, enough about me! What about you?

These days, I mostly just buy CDs and TV series unless a new Funko Pop figure, film I liked, or Kingdom Hearts/Final Fantasy game is released. I do buy books occasionally, but less so than anything else, actually.

Recently, I bought Ed Sheeran's first album (he's mostly been a question mark for me, but I heard "Lego House" recently and liked it), Hunter Hayes' and Mariah Carey's newest albums, a Linda Ronstadt greatest hits, and used copies of Will & Grace (entire series for around $30). Also pre-ordered the Aladdin Broadway Cast Recording and The Hunchback of Notre Dame soundtrack.

That last part may sound insane, but I've actually never bought the Hunchback soundtrack. I had burnt copies of most of the soundtracks from when I was a child, after cassettes died, and only recently have I been buying the ones I didn't have real copies of--Hercules and Pocahontas I bought a few months ago. Now I have all of Menken's soundtracks (including Enchanted, HOTR, and the Broadway recordings) except for Tangled. I only have the Broadway version of Newsies though.

I recently bough the PlayStation 3 500GB with The Last of Us bundle. My old PS3 (160GB) had far less memory, so I sold it and bought the newer bundle for $260. I have yet to play TLoU, but will so soon. I just really wanted to play Tomb Raider (2013) again.

There WAS one kind of thread like this that I made like 8 years ago...I feel old.... I completely forgot it was a thing until seeing this however. This was the old one if you care to take a look but there are so many pages it may as we'll be locked now like all the DVD threads before it.

As far as Disney merchandise go, I recently got that set of Black Cauldron plushies that the Disney Store had in the 80's. I buy stuff like that from eBay all the time now.
