I've decided to give this its own thread. Today, we've lost Bob "Eddie Valiant" Hoskins:

He will be missed. He was part of my childhood, I grew up with a lot of movies he was in.

That really sucks.
He was a terrific actor. Not just in Roger Rabbit, but also in The Long Good Friday, Brazil, Mona Lisa, Nixon, Balto... A true talent. He will be missed.

Don't forget his last film performance in
Snow White and the Huntsman; and he was one of the best in Hollywood. May he rest in peace....

I doubt they will unless you count whatever they may do next year at the Oscars on ABC.

That sucks! he was great in Roger Rabbit, Brazil, Hook, The Wall, Balto and others.
He was one of my fave actors since childhood, RIP

I was greatly saddened by the death of Bob Hoskins. He was one of the great British actors.
I keep meaning to watch The Long Good Friday. Very unexpected.

Tot the films mentioned I like to add a TV -adaptation of "David Copperfield" in which Bob played Wilkings Micawber alongside a very young Daniel Radcliffe.
