Dear Mr. Chapek,

I have a proposal for Walt Disney Home Entertainment: to release the hit 1986 Disney movie "Off Beat."

"Off Beat" was a critically-acclaimed 1986 comedy movie serving as the 6th film from Disney's Touchstone Pictures.

Judge Reinhold starred as Joe Gower, a Librarian who masquerades as a Cop for a talent show--only to fall in love with his talent show partner, a REAL Police Officer (Meg Tilly).

Other notable actors in the film included John Turturro, Harvey Keitel & Fred Gwynne.

Tentatively, Bob, Disney shall release "Off Beat" on DVD for the first-time ever in North America on Tuesday, December 9, 2014 (my 30th birthday) at a cost of $9.99 wherever DVDs are sold, with the movie rebranded as a Walt Disney Pictures film.

"Off Beat" is rated PG.

I think you should probably write or email Disney themselves if you really want this film to be released. I don't think anyone from Disney is likely to read this forum much
I would try for an actual disc release before you start them on release dates/prices and re-branding. I don't imagine those three things will be up for much negotiation.
