As I'm sure anyone on this board knows, something that runs through all of Disney history, from films to television to the parks is great music. From "Turkey In the Straw" in Mickey's first released short, "Steamboat Willie" to "Let It Go" in their latest animated hit film "Frozen," Disney has had loads of great songs. What I wondered though is what people considered the best of those songs. So, I made a list up of over 150 of the best Disney songs and put them in a survey. As you go through this list, you'll first see all the songs from their vast library of animated and live action films followed by some of the great songs from Disney television shows and, finally, those classic songs from the Disney Parks.

Now I'm asking for your help. If you can spare a few minutes, I'd like you to go to the survey at the link below and choose anywhere from 1 to 60 songs from off the list that are your favorite. And if you didn't see one of your favorites included, there's a spot at the bottom of the survey to put that song. I'm hoping to eventually use this survey to compile the top 100 Disney songs and will share that list with you.

Something I wish was added in there: I happen to LOVE the entire Tarzan soundtrack (both movie and Broadway), namely "Two Worlds" and "Son of Man." I did mention it in the "other" category when I voted.

Just to update everyone on the survey, I will have it open until this Friday, April 4th. So, if you haven't voted yet and would like to, please do this week. Took the survey this morning. Hope this helped.

I did it a while back and just roped my sister into doing it.

I started with the survey, but gave up after I saw you didn't include The Rescuers at all! You had already left out wonderful songs from a few films ('With a Smile and a Song', 'Feed the Birds') and I was going to fill them in at the bottom of the list, but after a while I realized all my favorites were completely missing so this list is useless to me.

I completed it.

Quite a few songs missing though. No Hellfire from THOND? That is the greatest villain song ever.

Had to admit that there were a lot of obvious classics missing there, but I voted nonetheless.

It was tough to try to keep it to a manageable list. Hindsight being what it is, if I would ever do a survey like this again, I have some better ideas for ways to implement it so that I wouldn't miss that many, or any, songs.

Thanks for voting. Yeah, they do seem like some odd pairings; but the only criteria was that they had the same amount of votes from my first survey.

Voted. The "I Won't Say (I'm in Love)" versus "Under the Sea" was the hardest.

Oh my gosh, I completely agree! I was genuinely stumped there!

I admit there were times where I couldn't because I didn't knew any of the songs. Newsies vs High School Musical...I have no clue.
