Don't be so angry. They probably want to keep his appearance a secret, so that when he finally appears in the movie, it becomes even more awesome seeing him again. JJ Abrams is somebody who likes to make sure a lot of things are kept secret before seeing the movie, which I like. I'm loving the marketing for the new Star Wars movie, because they're keeping plenty of information and images away from us until we see the finished film.

The original trilogy was marketed the same way. Even though he was a key character in The Empire Strikes Back, Yoda was not included in the trailer and poster. George Lucas wanted the audience to see him for the first time in the movie. I'm sure there are a lot of things Abrams and Disney have purposely kept hidden from us.

Hasn't Leia only just been seen now ? She was kept hidden for ages and ages ! Glad she's on the poster :)

His face is ok. If you zoom in on the image, you’ll see. It’s just the reflections on his face at a distance that gives you the impression that something’s wrong. Here’s the image in higher resolution so you can check it out:

It looks fantastic. Everything I'd want in a Star Wars film looks to be there.

And yeah, so good to see Leia again. Carrie Fisher is a goddess. She's so great in real life. When you know how politically incorrect her personality actually is it's easier to appreciate her performance in Star Wars as the universe's moral compass. Love her attitude.

And Daisy Ridley seems like an excellent casting choice as the lead. I'm loving everything they've shown of her so far.

Stop It!! If you have nothing good to say about Lucas then don't say it. You Star Wars fans only hate the prequels cause you went into them with unrealistic expatiations. I am sick of people saying Star Wars should belong to fans it never will. Lucas gave up blockbuster films cause of crybaby fansboys and fangirls. Lucas had every right to make the special editions cause they were his movies before he sold to Disney. Maybe the crybaby fanboys and fangilrls need to be taken to the USS Cygnus and turned into mindless humanoid robots. My blood is boiling because I see it everywhere online.

Ahh, you're right. Although if I were the artist (actually I cant tell if its a painting or photo manipulation) I would probably want to redo it so that it doesn't look more like a tusken raider from afar.

Never been a big fan of Star Wars (yes, even the OT  ), but that trailer looks great. Looking forward to it. I will probably rewatch the OT before this comes out though. Haven't seen it in years.
