Marvel vs. Disney: Kraven vs. Tarzan

I came up with an idea for a series of battles or contests based on Marvel and Disney including for fans of both.
Now imagine if one of Spidey's enemies went to Africa to capture some gorillas and Tarzan ain't happy about it as Kraven faces a new enemy.
Who'd win?
