Hi everyone,

Next Sunday night will mark the series debut of a new HBO/Disney sitcom called Hello Ladies.

Created by Steve Merchant, Hello Ladies is based on Steve & his real-life experiences in failed attempts to start relationships with women.

For the show, Steve rechristens himself Stuart Pritchard, a 35-year-old web designer unlucky in love who, along with his best friends Wade (Nate Torrence), whose wife recently left him, and Keis (Kevin Wiseman), cruise for love & romance.

Rounding out the cast is Christine Woods as Jessica, an aspiring actress who happens to be a tenant in an apartment Stuart owns.

Based on YouTube & HBO Previews, Im SO looking forward to this 8-episode series, debuting next Sunday night, September 29, at 10 P.M. ET/PT (after the Season 4 debut of Eastbound & Down) on the HBO Television Network; Im crossing my fingers & praying that HBO has ANOTHER hit on its lap.

Wait, Disney's helping out with that show?!
... well, the only thing that stood out to me was the fact that Stephen Merchant (which I've seen mainly in "The Ricky Gervais Show", which is a pretty funny show. I know he was also in other content with Gervais) would be starring in it. ... though, I won't jump into this show yet.

Hi everyone.

I saw the first 2 episodes of the HBO Network series Hello Ladies (a joint venture between HBO & Disney) and I must tell you readers that I like it.

In the pilot episode, the Steve Merchant character of Stuart Pritchard goes out of his way to attempt, with disastrous results, to impress women at the club his tenant, Jessica (Christine Woods), is attending; in the subsequent episode, titled The Limo, Stuarts friend Wade (Nate Torrence) tries to win back his wife by renting a Limo for himself and Stuart, along with their wheelchair-bound friend Kives (Kevin Weisman), but again, with disastrous results.

Some might find this show depressing and cringeworthy, but I myself can totally relate to Steve as Stuart because I myself have had hoped-for relationships with women my age end unhappily.

I have a proposal for ABC Studios Home Entertainment: to release a brand-new DVD compilation titled "Hello Ladies: The Complete Series," showcasing all 8 episodes of the 2013 critically-acclaimed sitcom "Hello Ladies" complete, uncut, & unedited, just the way that they originally aired on the HBO Television Network.

Created by Steve Merchant, "Hello Ladies" was based on Steve's real-life experiences in getting rejected by women; he soon hired Gene Stupnitsky & Lee Eisenberg to write a pilot script for the show, which rechristened him Stuart Pritchard, a Web Designer who was single and ready to mingle, along with his roommate/tenant Jessica (Christine Woods) & best friend Wade (Nate Torrence) and Kives (Kevin Weisman), the latter of whom was a Physically Disabled man confined to a wheelchair.

Tentatively, ABC Studios shall release "Hello Ladies: The Complete Series" on Tuesday, December 9, 2014 (my 30th Birthday) at a cost of only $9.99 wherever DVDs are sold; as an added Bonus, a Bonus Disc shall also be inserted, and included on the Disc shall be Bloopers, Deleted Scenes & Steve's stand-up comedy special "Hello Ladies" (licensed from Universal Studios).

"Hello Ladies" was produced by Quantity Entertainment in association with ABC Studios & Distributed by Buena Vista Television.
