One thing the Kraken Guard likes doing is making things on MSPaint. Another thing she likes doing is making certain edits on a program called GIMP.

... This is a thread for those things she's made on GIMP.

I guess you could say that I could have just gone over to the Random Disney Photoshop Fun thread, and post my creations there, but I kinda didn't want to come across as self-advertising, so I decided to make a separate thread for that.

If you have a manip that you'd like to share, feel free to do so! But I ask that you keep it clean. I don't want anything mature, if you know what I mean.

You might have noticed that I have a lot of Maleficent and Horned King.
Yeah, you're probably gonna see a lot of them here, too.

Apparently, it's become a thing for people to edit Turbo(from Wreck-It Ralph) into random images from certain games - or movies, but mostly games. I myself have contributed to that a bit.

I like those crossovers. Maleficent looks like she's about to have her neck ripped off in that Clash of the Beasts one. The Frollo one makes me think of a whole new film--Disney's The Exorcist? The Maleficent/Horned King do go good together, although I'm guessing they have a Beauty and the Beast-type of relationship.

The thing about Clash of the Beasts; I originally wanted to use the T-Rex - or Sharptooth - from Land Before Time. While there are images floating around on Google, they weren't really a good-enough quality to manipulate, so I decided to use the T-Rex from Fantasia instead.

I love these! The more pictures I look at, I'm also getting into the Maleficent-HK pairing myself. I think my favorite is the "Fairest of Them All" one, with that smug picture of Maleficent and jealous Queen. Perfect shot. Maleficent has always been the prettiest Disney villainess to me.

The SnakeJafar v. DragonMaleficent picture is also a really nice one. Normally, I would say Maleficent would totally destroy Jafar, but he could probably move really fast as a snake, and I always loved that incarnation of him in Aladdin.

Oh, and I agree, it's hard finding quality pictures of some of the non-Disney films. I know I've tried to find pictures for Fern Gully in the past, with little luck. http://disneyscreencaps.com has been doing non-Disney films lately though, so maybe they'll get to TLBT eventually (I love that movie, btw)

And yeah; I always thought Maleficent was the prettiest of the villains as well. ^_^

Actually, believe it or not, they actually DO have screencaps of both The Land Before Time, AND FernGully!

I know when I made Clash of the Beasts, they didn't have Land Before Time. It was only when I checked to see if there was any FernGully(which there was) that I noticed they added Land Before Time, as well.

And so, with that in mind, I went ahead and made Battle for Survival.

So yes, King Candy - also known as Turbo - earned a spot among my favorite characters list. There's something about that guy that's just lovable for some reason, and I can't quite place it!

But I was browsing disneyscreencaps one day, and I happened to notice that King Candy? He makes a lot of funny faces.
